Alliance Alert: The Alliance for Rights and Recovery encourages individuals to participate in this important survey from the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI) about experiences with B-HEARD, ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ City’s behavioral health crisis response program.
As ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ continues to evaluate and improve its crisis response systems, it is essential that the voices of people who have directly experienced mental health crises are at the center of these conversations. Your experiences can help identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and how crisis response programs can better support people with mental health and substance use challenges in ways that are compassionate, recovery-oriented, and person-centered.
If you or someone you know has had an interaction with a crisis response team through B-HEARD, we encourage you to share your experience. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and participants will receive a $20 thank-you payment for their time.
Your feedback can help shape the future of crisis response in ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ City and support ongoing efforts to build systems that prioritize health, dignity, and compassion.
