Making the Connection:
Conversations Around Integrated Care
Reminder: Register Now for the Making the Connection: Conversations Around Integrated Care Series!
Integrated care is widely recognized as a best practice for improving outcomes and reducing costs for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs. Yet, many people still receive these services in separate clinical settings. Providers have a critical opportunity to bridge this gap by promoting integrated care within their own organizations.
We invite you to join MCTAC, the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI), the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH), and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) for Making the Connection: Conversations Around Integrated Care. This three part series will continue our exploration of practical strategies for integrating mental health and substance use treatment.
