New York State and ϲ City are sponsoring the third of three public forums for consumers in ϲ City about Medicaid Managed Care and behavioral health on Monday, October 5, 2015. The forum will be a chance for people with Medicaid Managed Care to hear what these changes mean for them, and to get answers to their questions. The forum is being offered twice – once in the morning from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and again in the afternoon from 2 PM to 4 PM.
The forum location is the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) NYC Field Office, 501 7th Avenue, 8th floor (between West 37th/38th Streets), ϲ, NY 10018.
